Due to variations in dye lots, yarn colors may differ slightly from their appearance in photographs displayed on our website. Customers acknowledge this as a natural characteristic of the product.

The knitting accessories shown in the product photographs may differ in brand/appearance depending on the stock available at the time however, they will be of the same value to ensure that you are not paying the same price for lower quality materials/products.
Order Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order within 14 days for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

If an order is canceled by Arthur's Knitting Business, a full refund will be issued
Order Processing and Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7–10 working days.

If stock is available and the order is ready, it may be dispatched sooner.

Liability for Lost or Damaged Parcels
